This for AAA Scapolite Faceted Heart Briolette 16x18mm 1 Focal Bead from the same strand as those in the photos. Scapolite is a relatively lesser known gem, but once you see it, you are a fan for life. It has incredible sparkle and this Scapolite is a lovely pale yellow color. A customer once described these as 'like captured moonlight'. There may be some subtle natural color variation from stone to stone. An occasional stone may have a tiny hairline inclusion, but overall the stones are very clean and have excellent clarity. The spectacular cut and the micro-faceting enhances the brilliance of these gems. These beads are quite large and plump and would make excellent focal beads. They measure about 16mm wide by 18mm long.  |
