This is definitely one of those cases where our photos can't come close to the beauty of these Labradorite Focal Briolettes in real life. With full spectrum schiller and an overlay of charcoal streaks threading through snowy silver these stones conjure up images of the northern lights, snow leopards and exotic butterflies . Most of the stones have good to excellent schiller that not only flashes the normal blue-green, but also includes green gold to reddish gold and even violet blue.
We tried to select these sets with complimentary patterns and sizes in mind. This set is especially nice because the two flanking stones are very close in size, and both have diagonal streaks of schiller which seem to mirror each other. They would make stunning matched pairs for earrings, but could be used separately as focal beads. The flattish faceted pears have nicely beveled edges. The stones in this 3 bead set range in size from about 12.5-13mm wide by 20-20.4mm long and weigh about 30.5 net carats.  |
