You will receive Iolite Hand Carved Flower Beads -- a full 8" strand from the same lot that you see in the photos. These are lovely little beads. The hand carved flower pattern is only on the face of the bead (not the back). The colors are mostly deep violet blue but some stones may be lighter and some may have a slight reddish/brownish tinge to the violet, due to iolite's strong pleiochroism. Some stones have inclusions. The carved flower beads are spaced with tiny little iolite rondelles. The carved flower beads range in size from about 6-9.8mm in diameter. Only one of the beads is as large as 9.8mm, most of the beads are in the 7-8mm range. There are 23 flower beads on this 8" strand and stones weigh approximately 34.9 net carats.
